Water treatment by definition is a way of making the water suitable for whatever purpose the water will be used or return to it to its natural and original condition. Water treatment includes science, business, art, and engineering and the treatment itself involve the methods which are physical, mechanical, biological, and chemical in nature. Just like in any technology, science is the foundation of everything that can make things possible and engineering sees to it that the technology will actually work according to what was designed while the application and the appearance of water itself is an art.
